How to import a user list into your organization

Synopsis

This guide will show you how to import a user list into your organization from your reseller 2010 Control Panel.

Applicable to

All HostedMail 2010 hosted Exchange accounts.

Prerequisite

How to

  1. Log into the 2010 Control Panel.
     
  2. Select the organization for which you wish to add a user list.

  3. Under the Users section, click on Import users.

  4. If you have not already filled out the Excel sheet, download it by clicking on Download user import spreadsheet.

  5. After the download is finished, fill out each field exactly as stated in the list.

  6. Redo step 3.
     
  7. Click on Browse, find your user list and click on Open.
